Their characters are known for wearing more dainty and demure ensembles in the hit series Mad Men.
But for the season six premiere of the show in Los Angeles, January Jones and Elizabeth Moss broke the mold and both wore equally daring numbers. 
The two actresses walked the red-carpet alongside the rest of their castmates, but made sure all eyes were on them.

The drop waist skirt of the attire was completely see-through, but featured extra layers of fabric at the back to conceal her modesty.
While the whimsical item complemented January's pale skin tone, the design of the dress looked almost more appropriate for the ballroom or an ice-skating ring.

Going for a more demure style was Jessica Pare, who opted for a standout blue and pink floral mid-length satin dress.
The long-sleeved attire looked sensational on the 30-year-old's slim figure and she highlighted her already tiny middle even more by cinching it in at the waist with a belt.
The Canadian star also wore monochrome two-toned shoes and slicked her hair back to reveal some pretty drop earrings.
